Yoo Capital: Shepherd's Bush Market Well-being Strategy
Ekkist are working closely with Yoo Capital to advise on the integration of occupant health and well-being into the refurbishment of Shepherd’s Bush Market and the development of the Old Laundry Yard next door.

Shepherd’s Bush Market is a 109-year-old market situated in the heart of west London with a diverse range of traders and goods. Yoo Capital is planning to refurbish the Market, improve the facilities and trading areas and deliver new offices, affordable housing and extensive public realm improvements on the Old Laundry Yard site.
Ekkist are providing the client with strategic health and well-being advice and a robust implementation plan to ensure that the commercial, residential and public spaces will optimise people’s health and well-being.
