Myo St Paul's, Landsec
Myo St Paul’s, located in One New Change, has been designed in collaboration with Basha-Franklin and Ekkist to focus on occupant well-being in a flexible office workspace environment.
Located in the hub of One New Change, Myo St Paul's spans three floors, where each floor has a distinctive design theme, supporting wayfinding and orientation.
A stunning feature staircase connects all 3 floors and encourages movement and activity through the building and there is a health needs room provided for occupants to use for both mental and physical health requirements.

There is a strong focus on healthy eating and hydration. Myo St Paul’s can comfortably accommodate at least 20% of regular occupants during peak occupancy to eat lunch away from their desks at any one time.
There is dedicated food prep space and nine ZIP Hydrotaps strategically placed across the space, with a minimum of two on each level. These taps incorporate advanced filtration technology, combining carbon and sediment blocks into a single cartridge. This ensures the effective removal of contaminants such as dirt particles, bacteria, and microplastics. The filters eliminate 97% of chlorine, 99% of lead, and 99.9% of microbiological cysts, ensuring that every sip from the system delivers crystal-clear, pure-tasting drinking water.
Lighting and acoustics have been carefully considered with health and productivity in mind, minimising noise transfer, glare and the likelihood of headaches through CIBSE specification lighting and high quality non-flicker options which accurately depict natural colours.
Air quality meets stringent air ventilation rates to boost productivity and remove pollutants and all materials have been carefully selected to ensure that they are free from any harmful chemicals and support good indoor air quality.
Overall, these measures and interventions ensure a healthy and productive working environment.
