Ekkist Insights for Offices

Our Ekkist Insights team supports businesses in creating the healthiest places for their employees to work. This is achieved in two ways: via in-person workplace reviews, and/or through the Ekkist Healthy Workplace survey.

We created the Ekkist Insights service as we passionately believe that everybody has the right to a healthy workplace. To us, this means somewhere that helps people to thrive, feel at their best, maximise productivity and minimise staff turnover and absenteeism. A healthy workplace should:

  • Support good mental and physical wellbeing

  • Encourage social interaction

  • Be free from harmful materials

  • Have excellent air and water quality

  • Support high quality nourishment

  • Encourage us to be active

  • Provide physical, acoustic and thermal comfort

Our in-person reviews involve a visit from the Ekkist Insights team, who will take a tour of your workplace. This will allow us to assess how the design and operation of your workplace supports human health and identify opportunities to enhance it further, using tools such as The Ekkist Design for Well-being Framework.

The Ekkist Healthy Workplace survey can be used alongside an in-person review or independently, as a way of assessing how well a workplace is supporting a teams’ perceived health outcomes.

 

Following either an in-person review or a Healthy Workplace survey, the Ekkist Insights team will provide you with a report summarising their findings, supplemented by evidence-based recommendations for potential enhancements that can be made to enhance staff well-being.
