40 Broadway, Tellon Capital
Ekkist have achieved WELL Precertification for 40 Broadway, London, on behalf of Tellon Capital. The scheme is under construction and is targeting WELL Platinum Certification once complete.
The site previously comprised three office buildings, which were demolished. The proposed new building will provide 125,000 sq ft of high-quality CAT A office accommodation and a series of terraces with views across St James’s Park.

Ekkist worked closely with the client since the early RIBA design stages to ensure that the design of the building was optimised to support future occupant’s health and well-being and was designed to achieve WELL Platinum Certification.
An interim submission and review by the IWBI granted the scheme a successful WELL ‘Precertified’ status in summer 2022. The building is now aiming to achieve Platinum Certification once complete and Ekkist are overseeing the work of all teams.
The scheme is also targeting Wired Score and BREEAM certification.
